'The weather was fine for this 18.47 miles cycling ride.   I listened to a couple of podcasts this ride. The first one was KetoSavage with Robert Sikes. His guest for this podcast was Gillian Szollos. The episode discusses using  keto for epilepsy and hormonal pathways.
